have identified numerous instances of the sales and purchase of
Furukawa's Fusion Splicers form unauthorized distributors
resulting in no technical support or no warranty.

support for products purchased from unauthorized
distributors.

Violation of intellectual property
laws - Purchasing from an unauthorized
distributor can possibly implicate assisting violations of
Furukawa's intellectual property rights. Furukawa
understands that some sales by an unauthorized distributor
may be legitimate. However, you should understand the risk
of assisting intellectual property violators.

Risk of inferior quality - Products
purchased through unauthorized channels are often tampered
with and illegally altered by unauthorized and inexperienced
